How It Began

Great partnerships don’t usually start by accident…but this one did.

Wayne Baruch and Chuck Gayton each built successful careers on their own— designing, producing, directing and writing large-scale live events, broadcasts, and immersive experiences around the world. Their paths crossed more than once on major productions, encountering one another on various projects… then intentionally working together.

Wayne would engage Chuck.
Chuck would engage Wayne.

Each recognized the same thing in the other: a rare blend of creative vision, operational discipline, and an instinct for what an audience actually feels in the room.

The turning point came when they created the “Hollywood Bowl Hall of Fame” annual opening night concerts. That project marked the first time they partnered end-to-end—creative, technical, and experiential—from a single shared vision. From there, Baruch Gayton Productions was born.

Since then, they’ve combined their individual legacies into one collaborative force—designing and producing unforgettable moments for global stages, iconic venues, and world-class organizations.
